Mac OS X- Online Support Requests

We have moved to a new method of providing email-based support.
Because most of the questions we get require us to ask certain
bits of info, we can speedup the support process by asking for
some information up front. All support requests are logged in
the database.
Before submitting a technical issue - make sure you are
using the latest release. Do NOT submit support requests for beta
releases.
