Upgrade
All of our minor versions are free upgrades. For example,
version 4.5 to 4.5.1 is a free upgrade. All major versions
have a nominal upgrade fee of 50% of the purchase price. Furthermore,
we provide free upgrades to a major release to all purchasers
of the product within 2 months of purchase. We to reserve
the right to expand these policies on a per customer basis
based on circumstances or to expand these policies for a certain
release.
Privacy
At Iron Coffee, your right to privacy is one of our primary concerns.
This Privacy Policy describes the guidelines we use to protect
the information we collect about you during your visit to
our Web site and through the purchase process.
Information we collect
At various times, Iron Coffee requests personal information.
This can be done while you are visiting our forums, requesting
support, and during the purchase process. Information we
collect may include your name, address, telephone number,
and email address. We do not collect credit card info.
What we do with this information
The requests for information allow Iron Coffee to provide services
you have requested or to enhance your experience while visiting
us. The information that we collect during a purchase is
necessary for us to fulfill your order, track the status
of your order, and provide the best customer service possible.
Iron Coffee will not sell your private information to any outside
company for its use in marketing or solicitation. Iron Coffee
may disclose your information in certain cases where we
have your permission or under special circumstances, such
as when we believe it is required by law.
Periodically, we will use the information provided to us

offers or important functionality changes to our Web site.

Web IS, Inc. sends the email. If you would rather not receive

potential advertisers and/or business partners.
The use of "cookies"
Iron Coffee does use cookies. Cookies are small information files
stored by your browser on your hard drive that allow us
to provide advanced features such as personalization and
shopping carts. The cookies we use do not contain any personal
information. If you wish, you can change your browser settings
to disable cookies, but please note that cookies must be
enabled on your browser in order to make a purchase at eSellerate
and participate in our forums.
Your consent
By visiting and purchasing products through Iron Coffee's Web
site, you consent to the collection and use of the information
described above by Iron Coffee. We may periodically modify our
privacy policy and will post any changes on this page so
you can always be up to date on the information we collect
and how we use it.
We do not under any circumstances refund orders made over
30 days ago.
Iron Coffee instantly credits your credit card account after
your Software Removal Form has been accepted. However, depending
on your credit card company's process, any credits to your
account may appear on your credit card within 4 to 6 weeks
after Handango has issued the credit to your card.
